## Pricing

AdStack uses flat monthly pricing per service, sized by usage tier — never an open-ended percentage of spend on the invoice. All standard plans are month-to-month with no minimum contracts; some enterprise (custom-quoted) plans may come with a term. Ad spend is billed directly by the ad platforms and is not included in fees. Most computed fees round to the nearest $50. Tiers: Launch → Growth → Performance → Enterprise (custom). Build an exact quote at [the pricing calculator](https://www.adstack.com/pricing).

Machine-readable formulas (always current — generated from the calculator's own data): [pricing-formulas-addie.txt](https://www.adstack.com/pricing-formulas-addie.txt)

Key services and formulas:

- PPC management (by monthly ad spend): ≤$5k → $500/mo · ≤$10k → $1,000/mo · ≤$15k → $1,250/mo (entry floors); above $15k → a flat 7.5% of spend rounded to a clean number (e.g. $20k → $1,500/mo, $50k → $3,750/mo, $100k → $7,500/mo); >$100k custom. Channels: 1 / 2 / 5 / unlimited by tier. Ad spend is paid to the platforms, not included.
- Managed website (service businesses, by page count): ≤5 pages $300/mo; 6–15 pages scale to $600/mo at 15 pages; 16–50 pages scale to $900/mo at 50 pages; 50+ custom. Blog add-on: 2 posts / mo $200, 4 posts / mo $350, 8 posts / mo $500. Every website and ecommerce storefront plan includes ongoing SEO, AIO, AEO & Schema optimization plus continuous content development (baked in, not an add-on).
- Ecommerce (only when the client is an ecommerce business; monthly). New store build, pick a platform: AdStack Ecommerce — ongoing design on our stack from $500/mo, month-to-month plus platform $800/mo (needs ERP) · Shopify — design & build from $700/mo, 12-month design commitment (client pays Shopify's plan) · BigCommerce — design & build from $700/mo, 12-month design commitment (client pays BigCommerce's plan) · WooCommerce — design & build from $700/mo, 12-month design commitment (client pays WooCommerce's plan). On new builds, ongoing maintenance is bundled into the design. Build price starts at the platform's listed price and scales with THREE sliders together — number of products, number of informational (non-product) pages, and monthly transactions — which share one tier (Launch/Growth/Performance); any slider at its ceiling (5,000+ products, 50+ pages, or 1,000+ transactions/mo) is Enterprise / custom quote. Shopify/BigCommerce can be built headless (custom React/Node storefront on AdStack's stack, platform as backend) from $1,200/mo, month-to-month. If the client keeps their own store instead ("I already have one"), they MUST choose a maintenance platform — WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Shopify (there is no "no maintenance" option); maintenance starts at $500/mo and scales with the same three sliders (design not included). Landing pages on any non-AdStack-stack platform carry the +50% surcharge; headless and AdStack Ecommerce do not. Blog programs are available as an add-on on ecommerce too.
- Maintain an existing WordPress site (a site AdStack did not build; by page count, priced above a new build at every size): ≤5 pages $500/mo; 6–15 pages scale to $900/mo at 15 pages; 16–50 pages scale to $1,300/mo at 50 pages; 50+ custom. Weekly core & plugin updates, testing, and bug fixes from updates. SEO, AIO, AEO, Schema & content development included, plus a month-to-month license to AdStack's WordPress plugin suite. Design not included. "I already have one" (keep the current site, $0): SEO, AIO, AEO, Schema & content development not included. Those are baked into new builds and WordPress maintenance plans only. WooCommerce add-on +$1,500/mo, includes ongoing product & pricing updates.
- First-party tracking setup: $200/mo. Attribution software (by annual GMV): $250k–$1M ≈ $150–$300/mo; $1M–$5M ≈ $300–$750/mo; $5M–$20M ≈ $750–$1,800/mo; >$20M custom.
- Call tracking (by minutes/mo): 1k–5k ≈ $250–$750/mo; 5k–10k ≈ $750–$1,200/mo; >10k custom. About 1 tracked number per 100 minutes.
- Addie AI agent: web chat 500 chats $300 · 2k $600 · 5k $1,200 · 10k $2,000; AI voice 1k min $500 · 5k $1,500 · 15k $3,500; AI SMS 1k texts $300 · 5k $700 · 15k $1,500 (linear between anchors; beyond top anchor custom). AI secret shopping and AI training agents price like AI voice.
- Email marketing: $400/mo (2 sends) or $600/mo (4 sends) + $30 per 10k emails over the first 10k; >100k custom. SMS marketing: $200/mo base (includes 2,000 messages) + $0.03/message over 2,000 (e.g. 10k messages = $450/mo).
- Social media: Launch $900/mo (2 platforms · 12 posts/mo · content calendar + graphics) · Growth $1,800/mo (3 platforms · 20 posts/mo · 2 short-form videos · community mgmt) · Performance $3,200/mo (5 platforms · daily posting · 4 short-form videos · community mgmt + monthly strategy) · Enterprise custom (Custom volume · let's chat).
- Local (per location): Local SEO & GBP $300/mo · review management $200/mo · review monitoring $200/mo.
- Ecommerce add-ons: feed management $400/mo · marketplace management $1,200/mo · rank tracking (500 keywords) $150/mo · competitor pricing analysis $300/mo · competitor price tracking 100 products $200 to 5,000 products $1,500.
- Website add-ons: maintenance & hosting $350/mo · conversion copywriting $900/mo · CRO testing $1,500/mo.
- Ad creative (managed monthly, ships quarterly; motion is AI-assisted): Starter $300/mo · Growth $600/mo · Performance $1,200/mo · Scale $2,000/mo · Enterprise custom.
- Landing page production (dedicated conversion pages, managed monthly): Starter $100/mo · Growth $350/mo · Performance $700/mo · Scale $1,200/mo · Enterprise custom. If AdStack did not build the client's website (they keep their own site), landing pages cost 50% more and are produced on a fully-customizable platform such as WordPress: Starter $150 · Growth $550 · Performance $1,050 · Scale $1,800.
- Platform software: AdStack CRM $300/mo · AdStack ERP $1,500/mo. Any 2+ platform products → 15% off the software. (The AdStack Ecommerce platform — $800/mo, requires ERP — is chosen inside the ecommerce storefront section above via the "AdStack Ecommerce" build option, not as a standalone platform add-on.)
- Strategy (hourly): fractional CMO/CTO $750/hr (10 hr/mo minimum retainer, i.e. from $7,500/mo) · brand strategy & team training $500/hr, 10 hr minimum, billed as a one-time project or an ongoing monthly engagement (client's choice) · leadership support $300/hr · graphic design $150/hr.
- Creative one-time: logo design $2,000 · brand identity package $3,500 · premium business cards $300 · presentation folders (250) $850 · letterhead (1,000) $400. Video, voice overs, direct mail: custom.

Discounts (in order): 3–4 monthly services 5% off, 5–6 10% off, 7+ 15% off those services; 2+ platform products 15% off software; annual billing an additional 10% off the discounted total.
