Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes: one-time security codes sent by text message to verify your identity when you sign in or perform sensitive account actions.

How You Opt In

You opt in to SMS lead notifications from within your account by logging in, navigating to Settings, toggling SMS notifications on, entering your mobile phone number, and confirming your consent to receive SMS messages. Two-factor authentication codes are sent when you enable two-factor authentication on your account or request a verification code.

How You Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by either:

Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Replying STOP will also automatically turn off the SMS notifications toggle in your account settings. After you reply STOP, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out.
Logging into your account, navigating to Settings, and toggling SMS notifications off.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us using the information at the end of this policy. Please note that if you opt out by replying STOP, you may not receive two-factor authentication codes by text message until you opt back in.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity — for example, the number of leads your account receives and how often you request verification codes. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Information Non-Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding service providers (such as our SMS delivery platform) acting solely on our behalf to deliver the messages you have requested. All other categories of information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
