If you purchase services from Ad Stack, you agree to pay all fees specified in your agreement or invoice. Payments are due as stated and may be subject to late fees or service suspension if not paid on time.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Third-Party Tools and Services
We may use third-party tools or platforms as part of our service delivery. Ad Stack is not liable for any issues arising from third-party platforms, although we select and manage them responsibly.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Consent to Receive Communications & Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and/or email address to Ad Stack LLC — whether through our website, forms, landing pages, advertisements, chat widgets, the “Call me” feature, phone calls, or direct contact — you consent to receive communications from us via email, text message (SMS/MMS), and phone call. These communications may include service updates, project notifications, appointment reminders, promotions, feature announcements, and other information related to your inquiry or account.
Automated technology, AI voice, and pre-recorded messages
You expressly consent to being contacted at the number you provide using automated technology, including: automatic telephone dialing systems; artificial, pre-recorded, or AI-generated voice messages; and AI-powered conversational agents (including our AI agent, “Addie”) that may place calls, answer calls, and send or respond to text messages on our behalf. When you interact with an AI agent, we will identify it as such. Consent to receive automated or AI-generated communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Ad Stack.
How you provide consent
- Filling out a contact, quote, lead capture, or service request form
- Requesting information, a consultation, or an audit
- Using the “Call me” or similar callback features and confirming the consent notice
- Starting a conversation with our chat or AI agents
- Providing contact details during a phone call or conversation
- Opting in through a checkbox or similar method
- Engaging with us in connection with services or business inquiries
Where you confirm consent through an on-screen notice (for example, the “Call me now” confirmation), we may record the date, time, and IP address of your confirmation as evidence of your consent, consistent with the federal E-SIGN Act.
Account SMS notifications and two-factor authentication (2FA)
If you hold an account with Ad Stack, you may opt in to receive SMS lead notifications — text messages alerting you when your account receives a new lead. You opt in by logging into your account, navigating to Settings, toggling SMS notifications on, entering your mobile phone number, and confirming your consent to receive SMS messages.
We may also send two-factor authentication (2FA) codes by text message to verify your identity when you sign in or perform sensitive account actions. 2FA codes are sent only when a verification code is requested for your account.
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message — which will also automatically turn off the SMS notifications toggle in your account settings — or by logging into your account, navigating to Settings, and toggling SMS notifications off. If you opt out by replying STOP, you may not receive 2FA codes by text message until you opt back in.
Call recording, transcription, and AI processing
Calls and chat conversations with Ad Stack — including those handled by our AI agents — may be monitored, recorded, transcribed, and analyzed (including by automated and AI systems) for quality assurance, training, lead management, service delivery, and record-keeping. Where the law of your jurisdiction requires, you will be notified and your continued participation constitutes consent to recording.
Opting out
You may opt out at any time:
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. If you have an account with us, replying STOP will also automatically turn off the SMS notifications toggle in your account settings.
- Account settings: log into your account, navigate to Settings, and toggle SMS notifications off.
- Email: click the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email.
- Calls: tell us (or the AI agent) that you no longer wish to receive calls, or contact us using the details below, and we will honor that request.
Opting out of marketing does not apply to service-related or transactional communications necessary for delivering services or fulfilling your requests.
Message frequency, rates, and carriers
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

8. Disclaimers
All services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website or services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Stack LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of our website or services.
In no case will our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ad Stack LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the website or services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the site or our services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.
Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
